Ty-Co Memorabilia

This is Ryan Getzlaf's 2005-2006 Anaheim Mighty Ducks alternate set 1 game-worn jersey. This was his rookie year, and his first alternate jersey in the NHL. This is a very rare 2-year, now defunct style jersey. It has HEAVY USE with 12 repairs; 10 on the right sleeve and 2 on the left sleeve. Both sleeves are also littered with numerous board burns and unrepaired holes. The jersey came from the MGG-NHL Game-Worn Jersey program and has their COA.

This is a set 1 jersey, however due to the fact that he spent some time in the AHL during the season he was only given one alternate jersey. Getzlaf wore this jersey in 11 regular season games and all 8 home playoff games for a total of 19 games. He was also wearing this jersey when he scored his first NHL playoff goal, assist and point. Other than the Katrina relief charity jersey that was worn for one period, this is the only Mighty Ducks alternate jersey Getzlaf will ever use in his NHL career. This is the heaviest use you will see on almost any alternate jersey, as most are only used for 5 or 6 games.

Photo Matches:
In the first photo you can see three of the repairs on the sleeve which easily match to the jersey. The second photo shows a very distinctive mark/board burn on the left shoulder "MD" patch which easily matches to the jersey as well.
